About Diogo
As a first-generation immigrant, I bring my own unique global perspective to the community. My journey has taken me from the vibrant cultural crossroads of Macau to Portugal, and finally, to the United States, where I proudly became a citizen. I have a deep appreciation for this nation’s multicultural foundation and the limitless possibilities it offers.
This diverse upbringing instilled in me an unwavering belief: America's greatest strength lies in its ability to embrace people from all backgrounds and forge them into a united community working toward shared prosperity. My personal experience crossing cultural boundaries has equipped me with the unique ability to listen, understand, and build bridges between different communities—skills I will bring to office.
