  • where speaking out feels perilous,


  • where families and children become instruments of enforcement,


  • where rights are recast as fragile privileges,


  • and where citizenship itself risks becoming contingent on compliance.



Chapter 3 – Normativity, Legitimacy, and the Crisis of Law in Modern Democracies, explores how our ethical, legal, and institutional frameworks are drifting from their constitutional moorings — and what that means for the rule of law, human dignity, and the integrity of our public institutions.
